Hotel Fani is located at very convenient place. Room is big, comfortable and nice.Breakfast is ordinary and enough for moning feed.I think for such pay it is superb hotel.
There is little bit noisy in this hotel. But I think a lot of hotels at Firenze have thin walls.

The location was good - not too far from Train Station but also not too far from everything else.
The breakfast was a bit light on - there could have been a bit more food on offer. Also the walls are quite thin so I was woken up every morning at around 7 by the sound of the cappuccino machine.

Beware of dog and cat excrement on terrasse (rooms 4 and5) - you sholud NOT open the window - it stinks like hell!!!! Staff cleaned it up partly, but the smell remains.
